Family Literacy Day

This annual community celebration of reading offers free entertainment by Tales & Scales, storytelling, many local authors and their books, and literacy activities for children to earn their free copy of this year’s selected book, “Penguin Cha-Cha” by local author Kristi Valiant, who will be on hand to autograph her book. Quantities are limited, so come early.
