Treat Mom at the Mother’s Day Brunch at the Owensboro Convention Center
Owensboro, KY ( April 13, 2015 ) – Treat your mother to an elegant dining experience! The Owensboro Convention Center, proudly managed by Global Spectrum, will host Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 10 from 11am to 2pm!
Enjoy a delicious brunch buffet, live piano music, and a chance to win door prizes sure to make her day! The brunch menu features made-to-order omelets, buttermilk biscuits and country gravy, herb roasted pork loin, chicken fried chicken, assorted desserts, and other savory items.
Door prizes for Mom include a spring market basket from Welborn Floral, a matching pendant and earring set from M&M Jewelers, and certificates for shopping and a haircut and style from Savi Chic Boutique and Salon.
“We are looking to build upon the success of last year’s inaugural event to make this year even better,” stated Dean Dennis, General Manager/VP Global Spectrum.
Cost is $25 for adults, $12.50 for children ages 6-12, and children under 5 are free. Reservations may be made online by clicking here or by calling 270-687-8800. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, May 6 at 1pm. To ensure sitting together at one table, totals of the party must be listed and paid under one reservation. 4th Annual 3 day music and social awareness fest to raise money and collect food for Tri-State Food Bank, Inc. which serves 33 counties in the area.
Bands are the best of the local and regional area from Evansville, Louisville, and more. Fire performances by Flow Motion. Vending is all local artisan and artist goods, no chains or pre-fab junk. Free workshops on sustainable living and other topics.

GOLF CLASSIC FOR CULTIVATING COMMERCE
We invite businesses from around the region to play in our annual Golf Classic for Cultivating Commerce, one of the largest golf outings in the region. About 150 golfers and 30 businesses participate each year. There are two flights, morning and afternoon, during which foursomes compete for the coveted Chamber Cup.
The Golf Classic for Cultivating Commerce is a light-hearted outing that leads to lasting business relationships.
